Our support services are not intended to replace traditional proactive IT services. However, we do offer networking design, implementation, and reactive support services.
Pricing Plans
ADHOC SOS SUPPORT
$185
per hour
- Consulting with Keel Connectivity starts at $185 USD per hour, billed in 30 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum purchase required for new customers.
- Any work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate.
- Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.
Support for a Full Year
$1,850
for 12 hours
- 12 hours for the price of 10 to be used over the year.
- When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use during our regularly scheduled times.
- Any work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be billed at a higher effective rate.
- Unused hours expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
